Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Principal Human Resource & Administration Officer
Key Duties:
• Supervises ERA's fleet in accordance with ERA motor vehicle policy
• Support in planning and organizing all ERA premises maintenance works in line with set procedures
• Monitor leave Rota and advice on emerging agencies
• Maintaining applicants databases for all the different positions and update them as and when it is necessary
Competencies and Skills:
Minimum Education and Experience
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office packages
• Excellent report writing skills
• A team player with good communication skills
Qualifications:
• Diploma in public Administration and management, human resources, Management or related discipline
Experience:
At least 3 years relevant of relevant experience in reputable organization
