Job Title: Manager IT Infrastructure
The position reports to the senior manager - infrastructure and service management

The Main Purpose of the Job is:
To develop and manage all system operations for the Group information Technology (IT) and ensure that adequate capacity, system availability and excellent user support is provided.

Prime Responsibilities of the position:

• Deliver and manage the technology infrastructure for all production environments
• Ensure that the infrastructure solutions and environment are maintained 
• Ensure the effective project management of infrastructure environments
• Support the recruitment of key talent for staff appointments where required

The applicant must possess the following:

• Bachelors Degree in an IT related field
• 5 years experience: A minimum of 3 years in an infrastructure environment with 2 years supervisory/ management experience
• Training in GSM, IT Security, ITIL, business continuity, business risk management
•  

Knowledge

• Financial acumen
• Problem solving
• Project budgeting
