Job title: Advertising Manager – Arua One & Radio Rupiny
Reports to: Senior Advertising Manager Radios
Description of Purpose: Ensure growth, maintenance of Advertising revenues, clientele base, market share & profitability / yield for Arua One & Radio Rupiny.
Key Result Areas
Ensure speedy implementation of all sales actions, initiatives for Arua One Et Radio Rupiny
Ensure delivery of weekly, monthly sales & collection targets of Arua One Et Radio Rupiny are met consistently
Manage Et supervise the sales team of the two Radio stations to ensure consistent productivity, innovation Et superior customer service
Ensure penetration, exploitation of all sectors and the relevant Advertising markets for Arua One & Radio Rupiny
Closely manage all operational & financial efficiencies for the two Radios i.e approvals credit, discounts, proper documentation, yield, commercial lengths, rate card enforcement etc.
Ensure timely coordination and communication with programming, Finance and Marketing in-order to deliver delighted customers & support to the sales team.
Requirement:
Business related Degree, professional qualifications in Sales an added advantage
Required Experience and skills
Five years Radio Sales experience of which three were at Supervisory/ Managerial level.
Excellent Power Point, Excel and other relevant Sales computer skills.
Ability to influence, motivate and build people to deliver high and consistent results
Should be able to interpret, mine and use Research, data, Product and Audience Information for client Solutions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage multiple levels of the decision making units
Highly dynamic and flexible personality and character, able to respond to challenges with a persistent and positive attitude.
High level of Integrity and Honesty
