Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Kampala Uganda
Key Accountabilities:
- In collaboration with the HR Director, develop, review and update the Malaria Consortium Uganda Employee Handbook ensuring that it reflects global policies, good practice and is legally compliant
- Ensure that malaria consortium HR policies are communicated to and well understood and implemented by all staff, and determine/provide training as required in HR related concepts, issues, and procedures
- Work with malaria Consortium HR Director to develop and implement HR corporate programmes as assigned
- Coordinate with department heads to assess staffing needs and initiate the recruitment process in accordance with Malaria Consortium Global policies
- Conduct training of management in selection and interview skill
Maintain and develop the HR information systems and processes
Support malaria consortium HR Director London on providing accurate data and reports as and when required
Qualifications and Experience:
- A bachelor degree in business administration, social sciences,or a related discipline
- A post graduate qualification in Human Resources Management
- At least 4 years experience working in a Human Resources
