Job Title: Director Program Quality and Learning
Job Summary:
Reports to:  The Program Director/ Assistant Country Director

Core Roles and Responsibilities:
•    Enhance program quality through knowledge management, learning and reflective practice in all programs
•    Ensure that all programs adhere to CARE’s programming principles and  approaches
•    Ensure that all programs address the address the underlying causes of poverty and are in line with the country office strategic plan
•    Prepare consolidated impact statements across programs.

Qualifications:
•    Master’s Degree in Social Sciences/ Development Studies/ Information Systems
•    5 years experience of DME including impact measurement, knowledge management, and programme quality and learning preferably in development organizations
•    Good understanding of various analytical frameworks
