Job Title: Programme Component Specialist- Social Protection
Reports to: Deputy Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
•    To offer direct general support to partners in the areas of institutional strengthening/ capacity building, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation
•    Be responsible for mobilization of program partners, carrying out partner capacity assessments, organizing skills, training and learning exchanges, reporting and undertaking monitoring and evaluation, making follow up with the partners and providing technical support

Job and Person Specifications:  (Requirements)
•    Masters Degree in psychology, Social Work and Social Science discipline field.
•    5 years of experience working in social protection
