Our client Wipro is an IT Company and is seeking to recruit result driven and motivated individuals for the Vacancy above;
Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate ACSAT, PCSAT, Pulse Surveys , action planning and action closure
Set up and Improve Ticket level customer satisfaction (TCSAT) and Deploy Ticket Audit processes
Facilitate Customer escalation closure
Identify Early warning Alerts proactively and track it to closure
Ensure all services are provided as per Contractual agreement with the customer
Ensure ITIL Operational process compliance for the program to deliver the services
Ensure SLA compliance and compliance to Org Processes and training requirements
Facilitate Service delivery reviews
Facilitate Internal & External audits
Own and manage Continuous Improvement (SIPs, Six Sigma, Lean, Xserve etc)
Qualifications
An individual who has played role of SQA (Infra Business), SQA (Support Business), QA for infrastructure/ services business for at least 3-6 years with following skill set:
Working knowledge to ISO 20K, ITIL v3, Six Sigma and Lean concepts
Knowledge of QMS and Process Management
Good experience to Internal and External Audits and Assessments
Very strong written and verbal communication
Good in Client and Organization Senior management interaction skills
