Finance and Administration Manager Job Vacancy at PAX Insurance Company Ltd in Uganda

Job Title: General Manager, Finance and Administration
Purpose: To provide decision support on operational matters to the CEO, to be responsible for operational efficiencies including human resource and provide leadership in implementing financial performance decisions of the board

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance operational efficiency for the company
  • Monitor operational budgets and ensure value for money in all company operations
  • Ensure that funds are invested to maximize financial  returns and in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Supervising, appraising, training and development of staff and agents
Qualifications: 
  • A Bachelors degree in business, economics, Management or other relevant field particularly incorporating Human Resource
  • Post graduate qualification in insurance, Finance or any other professional qualification
  • Senior management experience of at least 10 years in a financial institution
