Job Title: Chief Executive Officer
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for the overall performance of the company in line with the stake holders, quality business growth keeping a  focus on  the poor and pro-poor strategies , provision of support and guidance to staff.

Key Responsibilities for the Role:

• Marketing,. promoting and marketing of SMF EA Ltd's activities in the region
• Working with the Board and senior management to provide leadership  and strategic direction to the company
• Ensuring quality business growth, with a high quality loan loan portfolio

Minimum Requirements:

• A good university degree and a postgraduate qualification in business, economics, finance, micro finance or any other field from a recognized university.
•  Proactive team player and strong strategic thinker with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management function in the financial services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of integrity.
