Reports to : Public Relations Officer

Job Purpose: To Manage the Front Desk of the NEMA.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
a) Receive and pass on messages and orders using both Answer calls from NEMA visitors;
b) Answer all incoming calls from NEMA Clients;
c) Make official calls;
d) Scrutinize incoming and outgoing mails;
e) Direct visitors to the people and offices they desire to see or go to;
f) Handle the switchboard and ensure usage print outs are generated and circulated;
g) Handle suggestions from NEMA visitors and forwarding them to Management;
h) Register in coming mails and documents for onward forwarding to respective offices;
i) Carry out any other relevant responsibilities as may be assigned by Management.

Qualifications: A Degree in Office Management, Development Studies, Social Studies and/or
Secretarial Studies.
Experience: At least 3 years experience in the similar position is essential.
