HR Manager Job Vacancy at VSO Uganda

Job Title: HR Manager
Based in Kampala with travel to Gulu required
Reports to: Country Director

The Job Entails;

• Country and People Strategy; contribute to the development of the country strategic plan
• Volunteer Management and Support; implement and monitor organizational volunteer policies and processes
• Employee Relations; interpret international VSO staff policy and disseminate to all country office staff
• Risk Management; Actively participate in risk management procedures 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related degree with at least 5 years experience at a senior Management level. Experience of working with an international NGO is desirable. Knowledge of country employment laws essential. Project Management experience desirable
