Job Title: Trainee Millers
Reports to: Mill Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimizing the use of plant and machinery to manufacture maize and wheat products at the prescribed product extractions
• Ensuring that all manufactured products meet the company quality specification
• Ensuring proper maintenance of milling equipment

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

• Minimum diploma in food science technology or mechanical /electrical engineering
• Must have worked in manufacturing industry for at least 1 year preferably
• Basic computer knowledge
