Our Client Roofings Rolling Mills is a leading steel manufacturer in East Africa that is seeking to recruit a result driven and motivated individual for the vacancy above;

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Corporate representation in all trade and manufacturers organization vis UMA, EABC etc.
    Execute plan on retail expansion to various parts of the Country in consultation with Board of Directors.
    Regular feedback by statistical reports about market share and importation to be present to the Board as per requirement.
    Collect and control illicit, importation of steel goods into Uganda.
    Market Research & Development, explore New opportunities and promote sales for all products.
    Direct and manage the marketing strategy, develop a strong customer base and optimize the company’s market share.
    Prepare Annual Budget for Sales & Marketing requirements and ensure all the expenditure is within the budget framework.
    Penetrate all Business opportunities with Ministries, NGOs, Corporate Customers, Embassies, Charity organizations etc.
    Sourcing & approving of quotations from the print and other media representatives to ensure value for money during purchasing of sales & advertising/promotion requirements.
    Credit control & Management.
    Ensure Targets set are achieved & present to the Board monthly on the future prospects.
    Experience in proposal writing and report writing.
    Vast knowledge of local market.
    Management of Export processes (Asycuda System) & ensure regulatory compliance.
    Any task that may be assigned by the Executive Body.


• Bachelors in Business Administration – Marketing.

• Strong qualifications in Marketing.

• Knowledge in Finance a plus.
