Job Title: Chief of Party

Key Responsibilities:
•    Provide overall technical and management leadership to the design and implementation of a USAID-funded, 5 year, multimillion donor health communication program in Uganda
•    Ensure an integrated vision for the project, and a focus on archieving the results defined in the contract
•    Oversees the successiful archievement of the entire project, objectives, deliverables and impact


Minimum Requirements
•    A masters degree or Higher in Public Health, social Sciences or equivalent field
•    Minimum 10 years of progressively increasing responsibility working in public health in the fields of health communication, promotion and or education
•    Demonstrated leadership skils in working collaborativly with other donors, host country institutions, and international organization
•    Ability to work independently with initiative to manage high volume work flow
