 Kabarole District Service Commission is seeking to employ qualified applicants for the vacant post above
Qualifications
•    An  honors  degree  in the  Development  Studies, Arts, Social  Sciences, Social work  and Social Administration  and  Management  Science from a recognized  University  or Institution.
Duties
•    Plan and budget for  development  programs at the community level .
•     Supervise staff that  is  involved in  uplifting  the social  and  economic  welfare of local communities.
•    Organize  local communities  to effectively  participate in  development  initiatives.
•    Sensitize  communities  on gender issues , social rights,  roles and obligations.
•    Monitor and evaluate  and report on community  development programs  and projects .
•    Promote the equal participation  of all communities  in development  programs
