Job Title: Branch Accountants
 BRAC ,   one of the largest  Non-Governmental  Development  Organization  in the  World , working in   a number  of countries in Africa and Asia  on  poverty alleviation  Programs , is  registered in Uganda  as Brac Uganda .

Duties
•    The Branch  Accountants  should ensure that the cash collections for the  day are properly  receipted  and banked before  close of the day .
•    Receiving of  bankers ‘ cheques ,  recording financial  transactions , counting  money to verify  amounts , and issuing receipts  for  funds  received in a particular  period.
•    Liaise and attend  to Audit  requirements

Qualifications
•    Must have a  Bachelors Degree  in Accounting  or   Finance  (BBA)
•    Computer  literacy  is a must , especially  micro soft office Applications .
•    Ability to coordinate  work with  all the other staff , including  the immediate supervisors .
