Legal Officer Job at Gatsby Microfinance Ltd in Uganda

Job Title: Legal  Officer
Gatsby  Microfinance  Ltd  is a  subsidiary  company  to  Uganda   Gatsby  Trust .

Duties
•    Offer  legal  and  technical  advice  to the  Board  and Management .
•    Maintain  statutory  books including  registers of members , directors and  secretaries .
•    Deal  with  correspondence , collate  information  and write reports ,ensure decisions  made are  communicated to the  relevant  Company  stakeholders.

Qualifications
•    Honors degree  in Law  from a recognized  University
•    Post graduate Diploma  in Legal Practice from the  Law Development  Centre.
•    Enrolled  Advocate  for at least  3 years
•    Valid  practicing certificate.
