Job Title: Manager-Enrichment ,
BRAC ,   one of the largest  Non-Governmental  Development  Organization  in the  World , working in   a number  of countries in Africa and Asia  on  poverty alleviation  Programs , is  registered in Uganda  as Brac Uganda .
Duties
•    Support the  implementation   as  per the agreement  with  MasterCard   Foundation. The role  will include  among others ; Support  the implementation  of key enrichment  and giveback activities  according to key deliverables agreed with  MasterCard  Foundation
•    Organize  leadership   congress  for all  scholars
•    Organize training for  teacher mentors  for additional  support to scholars
•    Organize  various  networking  events  for high  quality education  institutions
Qualifications
•    Must have a Master Degree  preferably  in Education , and   or social  sciences .
•    More than  05 years  of  working experience  in the education  sector , and especially working  with young  people  in skills  building  and training.
•    Work experience  of a multicultural environment , working and  mentoring  young  people .
