Job Title:  Program Component  Specialist
CARE  International in Uganda  works with others  to make sustainable  improvements  in the lives  of the very poor , care programming  is shifting from  project approach.
Responsibilities
•    Design  , development    and implementation  of the male  engage  tools, strategies, models  and program plans  that ensure  realization  of change  within the impact  group
•    Lead the assessment , design  and implementation  of staff and   partiners   development in engaging  men/boys .
•    Represent  CARE  and the program in  various internal  and external  for a as may be required .
Requirements
•    Post graduate /advanced qualifications  in Social Sciences , Development Studies , Gender or a related field  a MUST
•    A minimum of five years  of professional experience  in the field  of gender  programming , engaging with men /boys  is required.
•    Knowledge of working  in post conflict  recovery and development  with INGOs  is desired.
•    Knowledge and proven  use of  National  and international  conversations /humanitarian works and  related policy  frameworks for  gender  programming  desired.
