 Job Title:   Country  Specialist-Water
Plan  International  is seeking to recruit  qualified suitable applicants  to fill the above position.
Responsibilities
•    Leading the annual   budget  and  work-plan  implementation  for  national  level activities  on WASH program covering  20  districts  and with a current annual  budget  of $2 million .
•    This includes leading a team  of WASH  project  Managers , leading wash  programs  strategy and learning , new development  and donor engagement , the  national  level advocacy  and policy programs  and extensive  external representation.
•     The position will be responsible  for scalling  up the program  on Community Led  Total Sanitation  Marketing  across Uganda.
Skills
•    Good  knowledge of community  Led  Total Sanitation  and Sanitation Marketing  as  sanitation  promotion approaches
•    Knowledge of current  WASH policy , sub-sector investment   plans for Uganda  and understanding   of programming  on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene .
•    Demonstrate abilities  in planning , budgeting and management.
