Job Title:  Regional  Project  Coordinator

The Infectious Disease  Institute  offers free  Safe  Male Circumcision  (SMC)  services in Kampala  as part of a comprehensive  HIV  prevention  package for adult men  since april 2011.
Responsibilities
•    She will be responsible    for  ensuring  that all  the project’s  regional targets  are met as per  agreed standards .
•    Planning and  coordination  of the regional  project resources  and ensure that  all the resources  are well utilized .
•    Oversee and supervise  the teams in  his /her  region .
Skills
•    At least three  years of experience   in coordinating  complex  development  projects  in the health  field
•    Experience  with roll out  of  SMC programs
•    At least  two years of  experience managing  technical teams
•    Demonstrated  experience  in establishing  effective  community based  activities ; experience  developing   relationships  with  community partiners .
