Job Title : Program  Component  Specialist 
Care  International in Uganda  works with others  to make a sustainable  improvement  in the lives of the very poor. Our program implementation  is focused on supporting  communities  in fulfillment  of their economic rights  and achievement ,
Responsibilities
•    Take lead  in  strengthening  the capacity of implementing  partiners , more  specifically  in empowering  of women for improved  and sustainable  economic  livelihoods
•    Lead the planning , implementation , Monitoring  and Evaluation of the economic  empowerment  component  in collaboration  with partiners  to achieve program objectives
•    Manage  relationships  and represent CARE with partiners  and other  stakeholders  in pursuit of the  program objectives .
•    Manage and supervise  program staff so as to motivate, build team spirit and  maximize their  potential contribution to the program and country office goals and  strategic  direction among others
Specifications
•    At least a masters  degree in Business  Administration , or a related  field
•    A minimum of five years  experience  in economic empowerment  programming  or relevant  field is required
•    Proven leadership and strategic  planning capacities
•    Proven experience in  capacity building  and institutional  development
•    Multiple skills  including  computer literacy  ,M&E advocacy
