Job Title: Public Health Specialist –HIV/AIDS Counseling
The U.S.Misssion , Uganda is inviting suitable qualified applicants to fill the above Vacancy which is vacant .
Qualifications
• Completion of a masters (MPH, MSHP, MSW) degree in public health , medicine , nursing behavioral or social sciences is required.
• Three years of mid-to-senior level public health experience in developing , implementing and evaluating HIV/AIDS Prevention or other public health programs, including HIV testing and counseling and the implementation of community health activities is required.
• Language required: Level IV English ability (fluent written, spoken and reading ).
Selection Criteria
• Management will consider nepotism/conflict of interest , budget, and visa status in determining successful candidacy.
• Current employees serving a probationary period are not eligible to apply
• Current Ordinarily Resident employees with an Oerall Summary Rating of Needs Improvement or Unsatisfactorily on their most recent Employee Performance Report are not eligible to apply.
