Job Title: Human  Resources  Manager
People Performance Group is  recruiting  qualified  candidates  for vacant  post above .
Responsibilities
•    Process  all  local  recruitment  requests  in an effective  and  efficient  manner.
•    Manage  Collective  Bargaining  and Union relationships
•    Maintain  up-to-date  recruitment  progress report,  talent database  and all  related  staffing  communications .
•    Manage and maintain  a Human  Resources  Information  System  (HRIS)
Qualifications
•    Post Graduate  Degree  , preferably  in HR  Management ;
•    At least  8 years  HR  experience  preferably  in an  industrialized  environment .
•    At least three years  experience  in a  Senior HR  management  capacity;
•    Membership  of  a professional  HR  Body;
