Knowledge and Skills
•    Must be a  member  of the  Uganda  Institution of  Professional  Engineers  and registered with  the   Engineers  Registration Board
•    Must  have  proven  managerial  skills
•    Must be  computer  literate
•    Must  have  Computer  Aided  Drawing  Skills.
