Job Title: Training Coordinator
Abt Association Inc. is a mission -driven global leader in research and program implementation in the fields of health , social and environmental policy and international development .
Duties
• Create the overall training plan including training schedules for the whole country.
• Share a monthly activity work plan and budget with the SHOPS Country program Coordinator at Abt Associates Inc. by 25th of every month
• Supervise and manage a national team of trainers
• Monitor the implementation of an effective training program in the districts by conducting regular field visits
Requirements
• Must have a bachelors degree or its equivalent in a medical field from a recognized institution
• Prior experience leading a large training program specifically among private sector health workers
• Ability to work under pressure and on strict deadlines in a demanding environment
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
