Job Title: Trainers
Abt  Association  Inc.  is a  mission  -driven  global leader in research  and  program  implementation  in the  fields  of health , social  and environmental policy and  international development .
Duties
•    To conduct nationwide  district  level  trainings   for drug  shop owners/vendors ;
•    Present  information  using  a variety of  adult of adult instructional techniques or  formats, such  role playing , simulations ,team  exercises  , group discussions , or  lecturers .
•    Liaise  with the  training  coordinator  and the  DADis  at the  districts  to ensure good  trainee mobilization before  each training  event .
Requirements
•    Must have  a  bachelors  degree or its  equivalent  in a medical  field from a  recognized institution
•    Prior  experience  conducting  group trainings  specifically  among  private  sector  health workers
•    Ability  to work  under  pressure and on  strict  deadlines in a  demanding environment
•    Accuracy and attention to  detail
•    Excellent  verbal  and written  communication skills
