Job Title: Program Officer ( Food &  Nutrition Security)
The  World Food Program  Uganda would like to employ  qualified  applicants  to fill the vacant post  above.
Responsibilities
•    Responsible  for   program  management  as part  of the  Food & Nutrition  Security  sub unit.
•    Responsible for  the  review of call  forwards  for  commodities  from  the  sub office ;
•    Timely release of food requirements  for the  targeted project sites in  Karamonja .
•    Support  to the  development  of the  Cash  Transfer Modality  under the  Country  Program .
Qualifications
•    University  degree , in  economics , agriculture, international affairs , business administration , social  sciences, development studies  or a field  relevant  to international  development  studies  or a field  relevant  to international  development  assistance from a  recognized  institution ;
•    At least  six  years  post  graduate  relevant  working  experience  in development  projects and/or  emergency  assistance       gained from a  recognized  institution .
•    Previous  management  experience  is necessary .
•    Proficiency  in both  oral  and written  English  is essential ;
