Job Title: Deputy Chief of Party

Key Responsibilities
•    Work  closely  with  the   Project Director /Chief of Party  to provide  direction to the  project.
•    Provide  technical  and managerial  leadership  in the design  , implementation  and  evaluation of project strategies
•    Assist in the  management  of the  project  office and personnel
•    Oversee the work  of consultants  and  subcontractors  as required.
Skills
•    Demonstrated ability to create  and maintain  effective working  relations  with  senior  government  personnel , NGO partiners , US and  foreign  government  organizations and donor  partiners
•    Experience working  on  USAID-funded  programs
•    Ability  to work  independently  and manage a high  volume work flow
•    Strong written  and verbal communication skills  in English .
