Technical Support Officers Jobs at ACDI/VOCA in Uganda

Job Title: Technical  Support  Officers –Napak
ACDI/VOCA   was awarded  the USAID  funded  PL 480  Title II Development  Food  Assistance  Program  called  Resiliency through wealth , Agriculture in Karamoja  (RWANU)  being implemented in Karamoja Uganda .
Duties
•    She will oversee the  Field  Extension  Workers, train  and support  farmers  in farmer group development  , natural  resource management , agronomy , farming-as-a-business  post-harvest  handling /marketing  , savings  and credit  and others as  required .
Qualifications
•    A  diploma  in agriculture  or any  other related  disciplines  with a minimum  of 3 years  relevant  field  experience  in the  Karamoja  region  and  knowledge of  NgaKarimojong  language is required.
•    The  candidates  must  be licensed  to ride a motorcycle  , ability shall  be  tested .
