Job Title: Senior Technical Advisor

Key Responsibilities
•    Provide  technical  leadership , TA  and  capacity  building  in health systems  strengthening  and  quality  improvement , to strengthen intelligent  service delivery.
•    Monitor field  activities  and ensure timely  completion  of objectives.
•    Develop/produce  contractual  deliverables annual , field  project evaluations etc, in conjuction  with other key staff and  external evaluations.
Skills
•    Ability to work  independently  and manage a high  volume  work flow
•    Relevant computer software skills
•    Strong written  and verbal communication skills  in English
•    Ability  to travel within country or region and  internationally if needed.
