Job Title: Shop Managers (UTL Service Centres) (13 positions)

Reports to : Retail Regional Sales Manager

The successful candidates will demonstrate:

    Good communication skills
    People Management skills
    Good Interpersonal skills
    Strong customer service skills
    Good analytical skills

Applicants must have

    2-3yrs experience managing shops (Service Centers).
    Background in managing the Customer Experience
    Good leadership skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for
    The profit and loss management of the UTL Shops
    Achieving sales targets
    Delivering good customer experience in the UTL shops
    People and performance management
    Maintaining the UTL Brand Look and Feel of the shops
    Ensuring adherence to Policies and procedures
    Monitoring and managing shop stock levels
