Mpanga  Growers  Tea  Factory  Limited  is a tea  growing  and processing Company  fully  owned  by smallholders.
Qualifications
•    A Diploma  in Catering  &  Hotel  Management  OR  Leisure and Hospitality  related   areas from  a  recognized  institution.
•    Additional training  in Business  Administration  or Marketing  is added advantage
•    At least two years  working  experience  in areas  offering  leisure  & hospitality  or training  & conference  related  services .
Knowledge
•    Business  catering  and Hotel practices, Public  relations  practices , Stores  and inventory  management  , Basic accounts  and finance  management  and Market  survey, analysis  and selection
•    Should have  : Leadership  skills  , Customer  care  skills  , Analytical  and  problem  solving  skills  , Conflict  management  and resolution  .
