Job Title:  Program  Manager
Community Health Alliance  Uganda  is recruiting  qualified candidates  for the vacant position above.
Qualifications
•    Advanced  degree  in health , population ,  demography , social sciences  or related  field .
•    Clinical   background in  SRH  health  and family  planning
•    Technical  experience  in reproductive  training  in Africa , preferably  in Eastern  Africa  at both  basic  and advanced  level .
•    Experience  in fundraising , donor  relations , strategy  and proposal development
Knowledge
•    Knowledge  of  SRHR  service  delivery  intergration  in general  and in  Africa  in particular .
•    Ability  to develop  , manage, and  administer  comprehensive programs
•    Excellent  communication , interpersonal  facilitation  skills  and experience  in the  use  of  participatory  methodologies
•    Skills  and experience in managing  staff  and  working  with  teams
