Job description
The CBO will be in charge of capacity building and training activities of the PMU. S/he will assist in the planning and monitoring all trainings and capacity building activities carried out by partner institutions (e.g. NGOs, CSOS, Local Government Association of Uganda, etc)

Qualification and experience:-
a) The post requires a degree in social sciences, education, or human resource management;
b) Post graduate training in project planning and management.
c) Knowledge of participatory planning techniques, local government systems, capacity building methods, and computer literacy is required.
d) At least five years experience preferably in capacity building of local governments, NGOS/ CSOs, Governance institutions, is required.
e) Knowledge of the EOF procedures would be an added advantage
