Clinic Administrator Jobs

Job Title: Clinic Administrator
Reports To: Company Directors

Job Purpose:
To ensure the centre achieves its strategic ob¬jectives within the agreed timeframe.

Main Accountabilities:
• To build partnerships for the centre
• To lead the organization towards being financially independent of donor funding
• To initiate policy changes that favours the centre and its beneficiaries
• To lead the centre's procurement function
• To ensure effective maintenance of the centre's infrastructure and equipment
• To monitor and report the centre's planned activities
• To lead the financial and accounting function
• To lead the human resource function and
• Manage the administrative activities of the centre

Qualification, Skills and Experience:
Essential
• A Bachelors degree
• 4 years relevant working experience in general management
• Advanced knowledge of computer hardware and software

Preferred
• Health care experience preferred but not necessary
