Job Title: Senior IS Auditor
This position reports to the IS Audit Manager
The main purpose of the job is to audit/review and provide advisory services to management on information systems controls in MTN Uganda and give support to the financial/operations auditors
Prime Job Responsibilities
Planning and executing audits of information systems supported by various technologies such as Unix, Linux and Windows
Preparing audit reports and submitting them for review
Identifying and evaluating the organizations risk areas
Assist in the design of specific systems controls and risk management solutions
Qualifications
A bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Or Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or Computer Science
A post graduate qualification as CISA,IIA.QICA,CISSP and additional qualifications in CPA, CIA and an MSc (Telecommunications field) is an added advantage
Must have a minimum of 3 years information systems audit experience with a telecom or service environment or external audit specialising in business process assurance with a reputable aduit firm.
