 Job Title: Young Readers Coordinator
Reporting to the Young Readers Manager, the jobholder will have the following responsibilities,

• Planning, organising and implementing all young reader programmes, projects and products.
• Responsible for teacher and partner trainings.
• Developing young reader termly projects in consultation with the Brand Manager and the Young Readers Manager.
• Profiling data of existing schools, teachers and developing robust databases.
• Supporting alliances with sponsors, schools and teachers to promote the young reader products.
• Using and producing texts or activities that reinforce the teacher’s job in formation of young readers.
• Inputting ideas to new product developments.
• Carrying out programme monitoring and evaluation.

Qualifications
 University Degree.

Experience
2 year’s relevant work experience.
