JOB TITLE:  Human Resource Officers(2 VACANCIES)
Salary Scale: M 6 Responsible to: Senior Human Resource Officer
Employment terms: Permanent

PURPOSE AND DUTIES
Shall be responsible to Senior Human Resource Officer for performing the following duties:
• Processing and verifying information related to recruitment, salary changes, personnel statistics and job analysis. Drafting letters of appointments, promotion and confirmation
* Helping in assessing terminal benefits like pensions and gratuities
• Collecting data and other vital statistics relating to recruiting and training
• Handling staff relations and welfare matters.
* Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job requirement

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
• Masters degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
* Should have good interpersonal and communication skills and proficiency in computer packages.
* At least two years experience in human resource management
