Job title: Customer Service Officers, 4 posts

Responsibilities:
•    To be the focal point for both the internal and external customer as well as the client.
•    Ensure that customer complaints and queries are received and responded to.
•    Following up of all customer orders from receipt to delivery.
•    Day to day coordination and information flow within DHL operations department.
•    Ensure that the customer and client receive excellent service.
•    Follow up order processing progress.
•    Tracking down on delivery of goods after dispatch.
•    Collate and compile data on order processing and lead times.
•    Collect relevant information concerning query and update customer to conclusion.
•    Alert customer and client on any issue that may affect the agreed SLA’s for proper planning.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree/diploma in a business related field.
•    Should be between 25-35 years.
•    Computer literacy is a must.
•    Good interpersonal skills.
•    2 years relevant experience./
•    Must be ready to work under extreme pressure with minimum supervision.
