Job Title: CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER

The following exciting sales career opportunities exist within East African Breweries Limited, - Uganda Breweries Ltd (UBL) CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER
This is a senior role whose purpose is to deliver sustainable competitive advantage for EABL by building and managing an effective customer marketing organization. The role holder will effectively manage the capacity & capability of sales to deliver activities and programs in the trade that will build customer engagement, grow sales volumes and market share. They will run the cross functional Business Planning process, activities & budget sufficiency, control, success rate, tracking & evaluation. The role holder needs to have a strong track record in field sales, activity execution & customer marketing with a minimum experience of 6- 8 years.
