Job Title: Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities
Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures

Maintain the hospital's asset register

Maintain all debtors' and creditors ledger accounts ensuring timely recovery of debts and settlement of creditors' balances.

Review the accuracy of the payroll and ensure correct entries are posted monthly

Maintain cash books and do monthly bank reconciliation of all bank accounts.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree (Honors) in commerce or business Administration, majoring in accounting, from a recognized university and/ or ACCA or CPA

At least two years post qualification experience in a busy Finance Department of a reputable organization.

Good computer knowledge and prior use of accounting/ business management software

Good communication skills, organization skills, interpersonal skills and team player

Age limit of 28-45 years
