Job Title: Finance Officer (Treasurer) (2 posts)
Department: Finance
Age limit: 22-50 years
Reports to: Municipal Treasurer

Person Specifications:
• An honors Degree in Commerce or Business Management Administration of any relevant field from a recognized university or institution
• Must have good communication and financial management skills

Duties:
• Preparing Monthly/ annual financial statements
• Checking accounts of the council
• Giving financial advice to boards and commissions
• Supporting departmental budgets and work plans preparations
• Coordinating revenue collection and functional financial management
• Preparing payment vouchers and post ledgers
