Job Title: Procurement Officer

Age limit: 23-50 years

Person Specification:
• The applicant should have at least a honors Bachelors Degree in Procurement/ Purchasing and Supplies, or a honors Bachelor Degree in any of the following disciplines: Business Administration or Commerce ( procurement & Supplies option) from a recognized University/Institution or professional qualification from the chartered institute of Purchasing & Supplies (CIPS)
• Possession of Post-Graduate qualification in Procurement & Supplies Management and relevant experience are added advantages
• Should have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer knowledge is a requirement
Duties:
• Liaise with end-uses and compile all procurement of the entity
• Guide the suppliers on procurement procedures
• Liaise with the finance department to ensure availability of funds and timely payments to suppliers
