Job Title: Loans Officer
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote Five Talents services and products
• Identify, assess and train FTU potential clients
• Build the Branch client base while employing strategies to retain existing clients and winning new ones
• Train new and existing clients to build their capabilities and confidence
• Maintain a good quality loan profile

Minimum Requirements:
• A good university degree in business, education, humanities, or microfinance from a recognized university
• Candidates with at least 2 years working experience in a similar job are encouraged to apply.
