Job Title: Senior HIV/AIDS Liaison

Duties:
• Provide technical support to the Ministry of Education and Sports (MOES) and other key stakeholders to strategically improve and evaluate HIV/AIDS and Health education in Uganda;
• Support cross-sector collaborative activities for HIV/AIDs and health education;
• Promote and strengthen collaboration and coordination among HIV/AIDS education stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Master Degree (minimum), or PhD (desirable) in public policy, public health, health education, or other relevant field;
• 10+ years of relevant policy and advocacy experience within the context health and education;
• Experience working with MOES and Ministry of Health policies and programs, specifically with regards to HIV/AIDS and health Education;
• Demonstrated expertise in the areas of data for decision making, monitoring and evaluation
