Job Title: Country Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing & achieving corporate goals and targets in line with the company’s strategic plan;
• Formulating and implementing marketing strategies/plans to achieve a higher brand visibility in the Uganda Market
• Ensuring brand profitability through correct pricing policies and product costing
• Developing, motivating, and retaining high caliber staff
• Managing the supply chain function so as to ensure availability of goods at all times.

Qualifications:
• A university Degree in Commerce or similar discipline
• At least 8 years sales and marketing experience, 3 of which must be at manager level.
• Applicants should be highly energetic, and innovative, have well developed communication skills, a warm outgoing personality and a high level of self confidence
