Job Title: Specialists in agricultural Development Projects

General Position Description:
Fintrac is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to be part of one or more upcoming bids expected from US Agency for International development (USAID) in Uganda. The USAID projects will focus on improved agricultural productivity, livelihood development, local capacity-building, community-level organizations, and gender equality in agriculture.

Qualification and experience:

• Successful candidates will have at least a master’s Degree and 10 years’ experience in implementing and managing agricultural development projects working at the community or even farmer level.
• Experience must include some work with international donor agencies, preferably USAID.
