Job Title: Assistant Records Officer
Reports to: Records Officer

Key Activities:
• Receiving, opening, classifying and filling information or correspondences for security purposes
• Routing correspondences to officers responsible for action
• Auditing and registering records to ensure proper data bank

Person Specifications:
• A’ Level with a Diploma in records and Information Management
• Records Management and Computer skills
