Job Title: Senior Assistant Town Clerk
Reports to: Town clerk
Main Purpose:
To provide efficient and effective administrative services at the Division level of Local Government
Person Specifications:
• An honors Bachelor degree in the social sciences or relevant arts or Business administration
• Should have skills in public Administration
• Should have leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Should have financial management skills

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the post in the district Service. Applications should be submitted in triplicate on PSC Form No.3 to the Secretary, District Service Commission, P.O Box 1, Kiboga
The application forms are obtainable from the District Service commission, Public Service commission or district personnel Officers. Hand written applications are also acceptable. Applicants should attach photocopies of their certificates and testimonials plus a recent certified passport size photograph to each of the three application forms or letters
